There will be a pointing system for HR's. You start out with 50 points, and if you break out of decent grammar you lose a point or fail to do an obby you lose 10. If you lose a match with not a 1-3 you lose 5 points and if you go out of bounds you lose 1 point.
You need to join a training at least every other 7 or you will be demoted. If you fail 3 training's in a row you will also be demoted. There will be HR Training's every other day.
Only HCOM's can instruct training's.
For HR initiation, you will be given all the things you will need in order to instruct a training. If you get less than 5 incorrect you fail the entire thing. This is a seperate score, you start out with 50 points, and if you break out of decent grammar you lose a point or fail to do an obby you lose 5.
If you have already been an HR, you will not need to take the test just the training. We will also deem you worthy of HR initiation by your actions and activity. |
