The Counter HR Protocols
[READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY]
ADMIN COMMANDS/ADMIN ABUSE
1. You are not allowed to use the following commands, if you are caught doing so you will be demoted/fired. - :Kill :loopfling :fling :nuke :explode :blind :drug :control :gear :char :give
2. Do not abuse M, instead please use H if it's for non emergencies or doesn't involve with work.
3. Random teleporting will not be allowed as it is very inconvenient and disruptive.
4. Do not beg for admin privileges, if a staff member forgot to admin/mod you then please ask once and nicely.
5. You MUST give 3 warnings to disruptive and disrespectful players.
6. First warning is verbal, second warning is a kick, third warning is a temporary ban for 1 day.
7. Before you admin/mod any staff member it must be reviewed and approved by a board of director.
8. You cannot admin or mod staff members if they are not in the correct rank, nor can you admin/mod guests.
9. If you are creating drama and bullying others, you will be fired and banned for a week.
10. If you have a complaint or would like to file a complaint statement against any staff member please report it to the Founder and Co-Founder with witnesses and prominent evidence. A complaint without evidence or witnesses will be ignored.
11. If a staff member is inactive for more than a week without 24 hour notice, you will be exiled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
12. We expect everyone to contribute in some way, while it is not mandatory it is recommended if you want to keep your positions .
13. Free-ranking members without approval from the Founder or for no reason will result in being exiled.
14. You will not be able to work or receive any admin/mod of you have not read the rules and regulations.
15. Every HR/MR must read and save a copy of the interview questions or you will be removed from your rank. |
