I like Sega now, because basically they are the "most human" developers right now. More than distributers: VALVe, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft. Better than all 2nd party developers, like Monolithsoft and ATLUS. Better than all 3rd party developers. And Sega went out its edgy teenager age, too. Sega is pretty the only large developer team that 100% acknowledges people now. But let's see.
