I would like to share with you guys (Especially ROBLOX administrators!) some feature suggestions of my own for ROBLOX.
Topic #1: GROUPS
GROUP NAME --ROBLOX should add a feature that lets you change your group name for a price at the cheapest, 50 ROBUX.
DELETION OF GROUPS --ROBLOX should add a feature that lets you permanently delete your group (All ranks, Group Posts, Group Thumbnail, etc.) by tracking to see if the UserId of the player that used to be the creator of that group is your UserId. If it is, you can choose to permanently delete it even if you left the group and made it 'Private'.
Topic #2: CATOLOG
FRESH NEW LOOK --ROBLOX should remove all of the UI on the Catolog except for the items. They should then add initials on the very bottom of your screen, saying 'G, H, C, F'. If you click 'G' for 'Gear', all of the available gear on ROBLOX will be shown, listed from A-Z with an A-Z line below the initials for clicking one of the letters the gear's first letter is so you can get there quicker instead of page-by-page. If you click 'H' for 'Hats', it will show all of the available hats, also listed from A-Z with a A-Z line for the same functionality, but just for hats. If you click 'C' for 'Clothing', there will be three buttons on the left of the Catolog about 1/4 of the screen on the Y Axis away from the top, which will say 'Shirts', 'T-Shirts', and 'Pants'; all stacked on the Y Axis (Up and down). Clicking the 'Shirts' button will show all of the available shirts from A-Z with a A-Z line too. Clicking the 'T-Shirts' or the 'Pants' button will do the same thing, but it will only show the clothing items that you clicked to show. If you click 'F' for 'Formation' (A different name for 'Body Parts'), there will be buttons just like the 'Clothing' buttons in the same position, but reading 'Kits' (A different name for 'Packages'), 'Heads', and 'Faces'; also stacked up on the Y Axis. Clicking any one of those three will show those types of formations (Body Parts) also listed from A-Z with a A-Z line in the same position. Plus if you want to, you can even search the items (Clothing, Gear, Hats, etc.) with a 'Search' tab, located at the top of your screen in the middle of it. So the initials are the abbreviations to the categories in the Catolog.
EVERY FEW WEEKS --Every few weeks, ROBLOX should release four new Limiteds, each few weeks being Limited Gear, and each few weeks being Limited Hats. Whether you're in the Catolog or you're not, you'll get a message in the 'News' section alerting you that they made four new Limiteds and they'll say if it was Limited Gear or Limited Hats. In the Catolog, whatever letter that's the first letter in the name of each Limited, the letters for them will be highlighted in a color that stands out good in the A-Z line. The initial for 'Gear' (G) and the initial for 'Hats' (H) will also be highlighted in that same color that stands out so you know there's something new in those categories. The four new Limiteds will bump all of the other items over, so that way they're the first items on the page in that category in the letter on the A-Z line. Then, after lets say three days, the Limiteds will then be sorted from A-Z, no longer being the first items on that page.
LIMITEDS --I think that the only Limited items should just be hats and gear, so no longer faces. But those faces that are Limited could just be a lot more to buy than the other ones. If so, all of the users with Limiteds that are not Limited hats or Limited gear, they will get their ROBUX back for whatever the price of it is to buy, while ROBLOX keeps a small percentage of it. I also think that ROBLOX should remove 'LimitedU' and replace all of the LimitedU items with 'Limited'. Then, they should add serial numbers to Limiteds so that why It's easier; no LimitedU; just Limited, but with serial numbers!
FORMATION --Instead of the words 'Body Parts', 'Formation' sounds more clean and I think that the Kits should have different types of abilities. Some of them look cool, so I think for each regular one that you buy, they come with two in-game abilities, and the really expensive ones that you buy will come with three or four. Lets say there was a kit that was called 'Maniac Madness'; it has creepy arms and strong-looking legs, and it was only 100 ROBUX. It would be considered a regular kit because it's not very expensive. The two abilities in-game for it could be a walkspeed increase by four and a jump increased by five. But if you don't want kit abilities in your game, you'd just set the WalkSpeed and JumpPower to what you want it to be like what you do now when they join your game, so that way it could be regular speed and jump strength even if they are wearing the kit. Or, there should be a new function called 'KitFittedRemoval' that removes the kit and all of the abilities to it when you join the game. For example:

Topic #3: SETTINGS
TRADE SETTING --ROBLOX should make a setting that lets you decide what trades you want to receive; Upgrade and Downgrade-wise, and if you have it set to "Upgrade", it will only let trades through to you that upgrade your items for someone's item(s). If you set it to "Downgrade", it will only let trades through to you that downgrade your item(s) for multiple items. Or, you can set it to "Off", which will let either 'Upgrade Trades' or 'Downgrade Trades' through to you.
Topic #4: PLACES/ACCOUNTS
PLACES --ROBLOX should make it where you can permanently delete your places with everything in it (Scripts, Parts, Models, etc.) by going to 'Configure Place' with a tab at the very bottom called 'Delete Place'. If you click it, it will ask you if you're sure. If you click 'Yes', then it will permanently delete it.
YOUR ACCOUNTS --ROBLOX should make it where you can permanently delete your other accounts even if you you just remember your username. It would track to see if your UserId is associated with this account's UserId. Doing that will involve in the deletion of everything (Badges, Places, etc.) on that account, and you can do it by searching your other accounts, and clicking a button when you search it called 'Delete'. Clicking it will then ask you if you're sure about deleting it and when you click 'Yes', it will delete it.
Topic #5: MESSAGES
ROBLOX INSTALLATION --When you install ROBLOX, there should be a message sent to you in the 'Inbox' section by 'ROBLOX Team', showing many ROBLOX administrators in the background with the user 'ROBLOX' in front. The message should then give you a nice welcome to ROBLOX, and help you out on what Builders Club is, what the Catolog is, what trading on ROBLOX is and how to do it, Settings, etc.
Topic #6: FORUM
THREADS --ROBLOX should let you be able to delete your own Threads that you posted on the Forum, and also to delete replies that you gave on other people's Threads.
I don't know if some of these are possible, but I really hope that they all are as it would help me and many other people out there a LOT! I might sound greedy but I'm trying not to. I'm just trying to give suggestions that would help ROBLOX and the whole ROBLOX community (Including me!) out! If you just came to this thread to say 'tl;dr', go away please. :) |
