The match ended the way it was supposed to, but Brock decided he wanted to legit lay into Orton a few times and ended up probably seriously hurting him. |

Refs wear wristbands to hide the blades.
The ref wasn't wearing the wristband and if you actually look at the opening, no way was it from a blade. |

@Ken no Orton would have been the one who had the blades hidden in his wrists. Because it's PG and it isn't supposed to happen he might have done this without backstage knowledge. |

Orton getting busted open the hard way was probably planned (that sounds terrible) as they can't / don't blade anymore in the WWE.
It was just a bit excessive by Brock's part and very dangerous |

seemed like when he started getting bloody he starting holding his head even more like he was in actual pain
and since the WWE has turned down the use of blood, and Orton didn't start bleeding until he got elbowed the 2nd time, it looked very real
Orton also required the stitches after the match
this was either intentional or a scripted thing taken too far
