Section 1- Intro
Hello, I would like to be HoR so I can stop epxloiters and abusers. Such as my brother Pyfn. You all know what he DID.
You've seen exploiters so much and like me I hate when I get fa'd! If you had me as a HoR I would stop all of that stuff. But let's get to what I'll do as a HoR.
Section 2- What do I know?
I know tons of things about what you can do and cannot do. I cannot abuse my admin. But what I can do is put a end to abuse. I know that there are tons of breachers in cap, how? Cause of a glitch I know all of the glitches and how to get in even another one a lot of people don't know only me, my brothers (mxlon1,pyfn) and maybe a few more. I know to be a HoR you need these traits: Intelligence, grammar, maturity, and respect.
Section 3- My Achivements
I have many achievement as in kni's groups! Like these:
Aviation Command: Ex- Staff Airman (total redo of AC)
Special Weapons & Tactics: Ex- Assistant Advisor (total redo of SWAT)
Homeland Security: Emergency Response Unit ( Reforms on Skype #DontHaveSkype)
Docklands Special Forces: XO || Squad
Docklands Department Of Aviation: Security (Shutdown)
State Of Docklands: Capital Staff
Docklands Department Of Transportation: Ex- Supervisor ( Now a Instructor cause of a redo of DDOT)
Docklands Department Of Safety: Emergency Response Unit ( Inactive?)
That's all I think.

Firstly, you didn't mention anything about the job of a Representative. Your not gonna write bills? Your not gonna abuse your admin? Secondly, Representatives don't have admin. Cabinets and over do. Third, Elections aren't even taking place. Explain to me what other things you will do that are part of a Representatives job.

Actually I know what HoR does, They make bills, do paper work, do important stuff, makes and passes federal laws. HoR is a part of the federal government's legislative branch.
