oh, i just started using my headphones for gaming when i played Riven. I was complaining about how I couldn't hear anything spoken in Myst, then I use headphones for Riven... the sound is immersive, i can clearly hear people speak, and hear sounds like stone grinding and lava rumbling.
never again will i play games like these with just my speakers, it was truly breathtaking and beautiful experience. but, the only thing i don't like about headphones is you can't share it with the person watching you like my brother and it would be nice if he can hear the sounds and music too. |
