Never ending loading screen

I have been trying to enter a game for the past 5 hours I tried everything Firewall, reinstall , reset browser , change browser... but I got nothing... it connects but when I get to the Roblox client it just stays in loading for ever please help..

With me is the same, this game is not supported, the players have to fix on their own
