got it after valve can't script a proper game to where i repeatedly got kicked from valve games due to a pak_023 glitch, even tho i didn't get kicked or anything on 2 separate dm servers, i managed to join the game right after i got banned and went 20-9 after we were losing 1-6 when i rejoined. i also sent them a support ticket email 13 days ago which they havent responded, talk about good customer service LOL
