As of September first 2016 All Robloxian Railroad employees must follow our Guidelines of work ethics and discipline. ( If you have any questions please contact SwagBotswag2016/boiii3 via PM

Guidelines go as this:
1. Once hired all New HR's+ will be required to come to a Training session witch will be help by SwagBotswag at 1:00 Eastern Standard time on Sundays(TBD)
2. All employees must follow Orders of the Owners, any ( Back talk,defiance, command abuse is not tolerated and will be taken care of swiftly.)
3. Demotions will be only be served by the Owners if HR's+ Below HR/Super Admin are giving out Demotion this is grounds for automatic termination and will be removed from the group 2-24 hours after incident.
4. All Admins must set their pm settings to public so Boiii3 and Swagbotswag2016 can contact if need be.
5. ( SEE BELOW FOR THE DISCIPLINARY STEPS FROM WARNING TO TERMINATION )

1. Warning 1 given before kick.
2. 3 kicks equal a 1 week suspension( evading a suspension as an admin will result in automatic termination)
3. 3 suspensions equals review by the owners ( meetings will be held at 7:00-8:00PM Eastern time)
4. Termination will be only given to those employees that are found to be a disruption to works ethics above.
5. once an employee is terminated and kicked from the group You will be blocked on Roblox

If anything you do is against the official Roblox Rules Of Conduct (http://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-ROBLOX-Rules-of-Conduct-), we may report your account and give you 1 warning, then suspended from group, then permanently blocked from the group |
