CT-6917 is one of eight total surviving subjects of various genetic tests on Kamino in early 32 BBY. These tests involved taking fifty civilian DNA samples, all of whom differ in appearance and skill, and injecting it directly into fifty embryos. The experiment was a tremendous failure, with roughly four-fifths of the test subjects becoming defective. Despite this, eight clones showed amazing performance in battle and were granted positions within the ranks of TGR. The main intentions of the project remain largely unknown.

CT-6917 is subject #17, a result of Arokris Marveil's DNA sample. Arokris Marveil's Identity Profile suggested he worked as a private security member for an undisclosed technology corporation on Coruscant. Arokris refused to disclose any more information regarding his career but told us that he had extensive training in self-defense. He had light blonde hair & blue eyes, similar to that of CT-6917.
Notes:
Do NOT allow CT-6917 to remove his helmet in public. If this occurs, he shall be verbally ordered to place it back on. If he complies, no action should be taken. If he disregards his warning, he must be terminated immediately. He must be given separate living quarters from other clones. Whilst in his living quarters, he may take off his mask. Under no circumstances should his true appearance be revealed.
Because of the nature of his genetic code, he should be encouraged to remain loyal to the Republic consistently. If he disobeys, he is to be severely punished at the discretion of his commanding officers.
