This is the Suspension Report that High Ranks MUST fill out and send to an HC when the HR has suspended a member. ------------------------ Directions: -Answer ALL questions with grammar and proper language. -Copy and paste the questions AND answers to a PRIVATE MESSAGE and send to an HC. -DO NOT SPAM THE REPORT TO AN HC, OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT BE PUNISHED! ------------------------ Report Questions: 1. Name? 2. Rank? 3. Reason for suspending the member? 4. How long is the suspension? 5. Username for the person suspended? 6. If it is abuse, do you have any proof? If so, please send it to the HC. 7. ANTIABUSER (LOL IRONIC!) Supporter False calling,swearing to agents (cupcake and night) abusing ESAE staff ETC. 1 week ANTIABUSER cupcake (agent) saw it! Also got callbanned!
