Allow cast shadow option

This would be great for the one time that you'd want a certain thing to NOT have a shadow, or if you want a shadow being cast regardless of the object's transparency. It could be a simple pulldown menu under transparency in properties (Transparency --> Cast Shadows --> Default/Always/Off) What do you guys think? This might even give way to some new gameplay variety (idk what but who knows?)

options are useful, since it didn't stop roblox from adding outlines :v
