This article details the laws of The Capital, King's Landing.
Section I (General Laws) -
I: King's Landing is not a Battleground:
-Regular RKing (One to three people) will result in jail.
-Mass RKing (Large group of people, also nonstop) will result in a ban or a trial depending on rank.
II: The King's word is law and his word is unquestionable.
III: The Small Council, Hand and King are the final jurisdiction of Law and order within the Seven Kingdoms.
IV: Members of the Small Council and above can command the CW unless the CW Lord Commander is present.
V: The laws of the crown apply to all places operating under the Seven Kingdoms in any manner. Lord Paramount's may apply specific laws, however those set by Lord Paramount's only apply to their own region, and nothing else. Also the laws cannot conflict with that of the laws of the crown.
VI: The Hand, Master of Law, or King may hold a trial between a defendant and prosecution, as long as both sides are present and at least one side can provide evidence.(Witness(UNBIASED(NOT FROM SAME HOUSE)) Picture, Video, Quote)
VII: The Kingsguard and City Watch are responsible for the enforcement of law within their relevant areas of King's Landing.
VIII: No member of the Seven Kingdoms is exempt from the Law. The Kingsguard and/or any member of any elite order may be exempted if actions are completed in the defence of the Crown or Throne.
VX: Only the King, Lord Hand, and Master of Law may hold trials.
Section 2: The Podium
I): Lowest and Lower steps are to remain clear at all times.
- a Kingsguard will demand you to step down or you will be forced off.
II): First podium may be permitted to LP+, and under certain circumstances, House Tully.
- One guard may be permitted to LP+. If more then one is present, then they can and will be forced off by a Kingsguard.
III):To the left and right of the throne will be royalty.
- One guard may be permitted to above. This guard is allowed directly at their side, away from the throne and they must be alert at all times.
IV): On the upper podium, King, KG, Lord Hand, and the Queen.
- A Kingsguard will force you off if you are not the King, KG, Lord Hand, or Queen.
V): Only the KG, Lord Hand, Direct Royal Family, King, and Queen may be on the black podium.
- A Kingsguard will force you off if you are not one of the following listed above.
VI): The throne may only be occupied by the King, heir to the Crown, or the Lord Hand if the King is not in the server.
- If anyone sits upon the throne besides the King or Lord Hand, it is an act of treason and you will be killed on sight inside the keep.
VII) Only members of the Small Council and above can enter the Small Council room, unless they are given express permission by the King.
Section 3: The Kingsguard
I) The Kingsguard are the law. Everyone except the Royal Family must follow their orders.
II) The Kingsguard are to guard the King at all times, but in his absence, they must guard other high members of the Royal Family.
III) The Kingsguard listen to the King at all times, doing so breaks their oath.
