Cant upload places, edit places, login or test in solo

If I try to upload to my place it tells me I need to login, after logging in it still tells me to login? Output is: PairServer did not bind I also get this same output when I try to start a server in studio.

Also another login error: Error while authenticating user: mc httpGet https://www.roblox.com/my/settings/json failed. Trying again. Error: mc.

So is anyone else having this issue and any suggestions to help solve it? I've tested it on the Mac side and laptop too and it works on them.

By any chance are you using Windows 7?
