Some debris fell from the ceiling, landing on Skinner and Shari. Skinner managed to get it off, and appeared to be turned back to normal from the extra dosage. Skinner confusedly hopped onto a part of the area that wasn't covered in radiation, not noticing Shari was knocked into the radiation, thanks to the debris.

Cody had actually landed into radiation that had lost it's effect, after being spilled for ten years. Skinner was still confused. The debris had probably knocked Shari out.
