I will give you as much advice as possible
Hyper critical mode on.
Remove some trees, too many; smooth out the edges of the entrance ramp(add something so it's not just a drop off); don't make everything so grid-ular (Everything is on straight lines, nothing is bent or rotated (Example: turn the planes slightly, so they're not running parallel to the entrance ramp)); make all the trees one type, or at least the same color schemes, so it doesn't mismatch; cover the mountain-wall that's missing; cover the baseplate to the left of spawn that has all your model buildings so you cant see it, or move it away; turn off outlines; add some benches that are just stand-alone, and separated from the others, then slant them; the back alley way has a ton of stuff near the back alone, and hardly anything leading up to it, add some more rubbish there; try smoothing out some of the wording; the statues dont seem like they were made the same way (the fountain one and the spawn ones), try re-building the fountain one; the meeting rooms are all the same, add variety; Also sarif industires logo which is from Dues Ex; might wanna make it blank; building is too symmetrical, add some extra details to add variety; WCoR logos at the front are un-even to eachother; elevators inside unfinished; not enough variety in the floors and how they look, throw in some plants or decorations.
