What is my role exactly?
• Your role is to manage the Hidden Developers staff to make sure they're still on task, meanwhile keeping the community engaged with the group. Any information on abuse or things that the CEO should know about should be reported directly to me @HeadlessHorror.
Do I help moderate?
• Yes, you can still moderate the group but you're specifically ranked as this special rank to deal with the social side of the group. You will still moderate the following:
> Spam posts
> Innapropriot comments
> Personal attacks
> Staff members
> Audit logs
> Group store
> Applications forum
> Other (offensive content in general)
What events do I host?
• You will help out with the decisions that the Community Manager makes & help manage new events that are hosted. You will speak to the CEO/other Administrators to verify the events.
Applications
• It is the role of Administrators & the CEO to make sure that the Applications for Hidden Developers are read. They will make sure that all replies to the thread are read & professionally handled. You will reply with a short comment on their work & what they can improve on if they have been declined the rank. All applications generally should be read within 5 working days.
