Recently I have noticed a big improvement in the CIA and how they are. Before Lincere was appointed Director I signed off CIA's team to be removed from Las Vegas due to it being ran badly and the members were not mature or grown up enough.
If this bill passes CIA will keep their team at Las Vegas.

The Central Intelligence Agency has certainly made an improvement, the new Director, Lincere is doing an amazing job.
I can't see anything bad in this bill, the CIA and it's leadership.

Slightly true, however, we turn them into fully trained operatives which give everyone a chance.
Are we doing worse? Think again.
To LVCC, please approve this as we will definitely make more of a difference. Though it will not be our main priority, we'll definitely use the team for activity checks and etc.
WE WILL CERTAINLY NOT ASK FOR ARREST TOOLS.
