[Goal] The Main Objective of The Desert Vipers, is to cleanse the wasteland of its bandits and outlaws. We do not hesitate to approach, shoot, or jail any law-breakers.
[Lore] Back in 2062, A rich merchant by the name of Calvin Anderson rallied an entire militia consisting of citizens, mercenaries, and former CDF and USCPF within Florida to take over an ACMF F.O.B. The raid was successful and the militia renamed the Fort to; Fort Freedom. Fort Freedom had major supplies including, power, vehicles, weaponry, and more units. Two months later, the militia thought they'd give themselves a name. The Desert Vipers was formed then.
[Events]
Operation Takeover: Three Months after the Fort raid, The Desert Vipers rallied their troops to set out and takeover nearby towns and outposts of the ACMF. Around 81 ACMF troops and citizens joined. 51 out of the 142 Desert Viper troops were killed.
The Overflow: In the year 2064, the citizens of Florida took notice of the newly made Desert Vipers and many started to join. Around 270 citizens joined within that year.
Slither down: In the year 2068, The Desert Vipers go on an expedition by splitting-up to different parts of the war-torn country. The front-line troops, including the heads, settled in Atlanta. The rest spread to other parts such as Dallas, Charlotte, and Philadelphia.
The Success: By 2095, The Desert Vipers had a strong presence in multiple major cities on the eastern coast. Their greatest following is found in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
The End of an Era: Winter 2102, the respected Calvin Anderson is assasinated at the outskirts of Atlanta. He was on a mission with the front-line troops to rid an area of rebelious mercenaries looking to bring chaos to the region. Turns out they were expecting Calvin and his men, and opened fire from the rooftops upon their arrival.
The New Era: Days after the assassination of Calvin, the front-line troops decided to unanimously elect: Eric "Overlord" Anderson. Eric is the only son of the late Calvin Anderson. Eric proved himself as a worthy soldier and stood out with unrivaled military-combat abilities and unique leadership qualities.
The Current State: It is 2116 and Eric "Overlord" Anderson still rules to this day. He leads his front-line troops of 47 within Atlanta. Its been 14 years of the Eric Era and his crew has been getting stronger over the years. They are well-known in the region and
have a proud following that rely on their security and protection. Second in line after General Eric would be Joel "Big Boss" Miller. He's proven in the eyes of Eric and has proven to be a mighty vice.
