Second chance questions: Only to be given if the proctor feels like the person deserves it and it is only allowed to be given if the person fails to answer correctly the minimum amount of questions required to pass.
GENIN: All 5 questions must be asked if an academy student gets all 5 right promote them to Genin Squad [A] if they get 4/5 or 3/5 promote them to Genin Squad [B]. If a second chance question is given to them and they pass promote them to squad [B]
JONIN: All 7 questions must be said if a person gets all 7/7 questions right and pass the spar promote them to Genin Squad Leader if there is more than 2 people who get 7/7 right, make them spar each other till there is 2 people. If there they get 5/7 or 6/7 just promote them to Jonin. If a second chance question is given to that person and they pass they are to be promoted to Jonin.
[There needs to be 2 Genin Squad leaders, no more no less.]
SPARRING:
- OACB: Yes, you can spar in an oacb place.
- NOA: Yes, but only on an empty server to keep interruptions to a Min.
- OTHERS: No only OACB or NOA.
