1) My name is OMGitsGlison, and I have been in TGCA for a week. I have grown to Enjoy TGCA because of their friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2)The role and rank I would like is Commander Keller and C1 Battalion Commander of the 41st Galactic Marines (2nd in Command) along side Wolfraptor, the 41st Galactic Marines Battalion.
3) The reasons why I should be picked is that I show maturity towards my fellow members meaning that I would not slack off in the middle of training until the job is done. Secondly, I will show deepest devotion and loyaly to the group till the ends of time meaning that I won't abandon my friends and group because of something inexcusable. Lastly, I would like to pass down my wisdom and knowledge to the next generation officers who will be leading troops to battle and/or training. So they don't make the same mistakes I may have done in the future.
4) I have many experince with leadership such as training Cadets and Troopers on how to do their Faces, Grammar Jacks and etc. I also thought how to fight in 3rd persons which showed a tremendous impact in their shooting skills. 1) My name is iDreadnox, and I have been in TGCA for about a month.
2) The role I would like is L4 Grand Marshal.
3) I know the responsiblities of the Grand Marshal ever since I was in TGR. I know what they do first hand. If any TGCA members that may have questions or concerns, I will answer them without hesitation. If someones needs anything from me, I'll do my best to get it done. Whatever you need me to be, I will be that person you want me to be.
4) I have lead many troops to battles in TGR, they believe that I would become a great leader one day. I have also trained TGR Cadets and Troopers who lack the experience of requirements for tryouts and training such as Grammar Jacks, Faces and many more. A great leader listens to what his troops and fellow members have to say. After the battle is won, I ask for constructive feedback of what I should do next time or fix in my skills. But I feel like I still lack leadership, so that's why in TGCA, I can grow to become a great leader. My maturity is impeccable, which means that I never procrastinate.

Hello my name is rystan1 i have been in TGCA for 3 weeks
I want to be C1 and join 501st
I should be picked becuase i will host tryout daily complete our goals and get all 501st active. I will train them and help them fight off the dark side and restore peace.
My past experiences as a HR was serious. I have been active every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I get troopers active and make sure everybody follows rule.

Greetings commander, I am purewolf81, I have joined TGCA recently today because I looked how people are fair and respectful to others and I like those groups.
2) State what role, and rank you want.[By "role" I mean like, what Jedi, or what Division Commander.
The role I would love to be in would be RG or RG sergeant and Rank would be O1 "Lieutenant" or if not I may be Sergeant.
3) State why you should be picked, rather than the others who have applied.
Here are two reasons why I should be picked rather than others who have applied, I have lots of experience and I have been told by many other HRs in the past I have very good skill and talent.
4) State past experiences you have as an HR and being a leader.
I have many past experiences of being a leader such as I am an HR in another group which is TGRC and I am Mace Windu. I have hosted many trainings and tryouts I have also Co-Hosted SG tryouts for TGRC and I know over 90% of the formations right off the bat. Another time was in an Egyptian time period, I was the second highest rank you could be in it and the highest is the creator of the group.
