-These procedures are to be used when approaching a potential recruit for the Obristan Military, study them thoroughly, and carefully. Some procedures may be modified or removed in the future, keep close attention for a notification explaining what to do if a modification occurs to this thread.

-When approaching a potential soldier, greet them kindly. A kind greeting is very important, it shows maturity, and seriousness.
-Your superior(s) will be observing you during your recruitment, if you make an error(s) in some way, you will be brought aside afterwards and be told what you did wrong and how to improve for the future. If your superior does not see your error, your partner may.
-Try to recruit in pairs, usually when you’re with an officer and fellow recruiters, you will be assigned a partner. Your partner is to follow you from person to person quietly and at your side at all times. If your partner is dismissed, request to be assigned to another.
-Make sure to ask them what they wish to be called, it may be offensive if you call them the wrong name.
-Do not to approach the same person twice, unless asked to.
-Use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling to the best of your ability.
-Do not approach a potential recruit while they are currently talking to another recruiter or anyone for that matter.
-While recruiting, remember you are representing Obristan. If you are immature then Obristan looks immature. Obristan needs to look as good as possible, so our fate is in your hands. Make Obristan proud, Obristan above all!
-While recruiting you must wear a uniform from the Obristan branch you are representing, if we are not looking somewhat alike than we do not look organised and we know we are, but they may not.
-Make sure you understand you are recruiting for all the branches, not just one. For example, if they do not want to be military but border security, then let them know they are welcome to be border security.
-If you are noticed or reported purposely misrepresenting Obristan, you may be warned, demoted, or at the most, exiled. You will likely be called to a trial if you are to be exiled.
-As a side note, please also remember that all branches are usually hiring, but if they are not it will be posed on the main group. Continuously look at the main group so you can properly understand what we are doing. We are possibly going to war, so it is imperative you get used to checking the shouts so you can attend any and all rally's and/or raids.

(If you are with an officer, be sure to include his or her name and rank. “The officer I am with is [rank and name]” If they wish to know where that officer is, you can either take them to him or her, or tell them their current location and move on.)

2: How often do you host rallies?
-A: “Multiple times a day on average”
3: How many trainings do you host a day?
-A: “Once or twice a day.”
4: How many people do you get on a server?
-A: “On average we get about 8-16 people at once.”
5: How active is your group?
-A: “On a scale of 1-10, I would say we are about a 8.5-9 on average.”
6: Do you need developers?
-A: “We are always open to viewing an application for developers, but that is on a thread in the description.”
7: What is the girl to boy ratio?
-A: “We have more men than women, but the women do come to our game often and we hope to increase in both genders as the group progresses.”
8: Can I be a HR?
-A: “We do not free rank any personnel, but if there is an exception one of our ministers or above them would gladly answer your question.”
9: How can I be enlisted into the military?
-A: “Upon sending a join request, the Minister of Defence or another officer will PM you the link to the application.”
10: Do I have to be a soldier?
-A: “No, we allow you to be almost anything. If you are interested in politics all of our political parties are interested in getting new politicians.”
11: How many branches do you have?
-A: “We have a wide range of branches, and we are almost always adding more.”
12: What branches do you have?
-A: “Military, Border Security, Ministry of Espionage, Government Security Agency, Police Department, Obristan Eye”
13: Who is your leader?
-A: “President Benjamin Däumler (ZekkAscalon).”
14: What is your government form?
-A: “Authoritarian Democracy (Multi party dictatorship).
15: Why did you choose Obristan?
-A: “Obristan is like a family, they really helped me develop as a person and gain the leadership I needed to prevail in other communities. I would not have traded this experience for any other...Obristan above all!”
16: Do you have a community that controls everything?
-A: “Yes, A mob group called 'The Däumler Family.’ Many of our leaders are a part of it.”
17: What is a mob?
-A: “A mob is slang for mafia, which is a crime organization usually during this time dealing with casinos or weapons dealing. In our case we are weapons dealers that took over a nation and are striving to make it one of the greatest nations, and one of the more free nations in the PPN (Papers Please Nations) genre.”
