Corporal - Sergeants: Know Advanced codes and callouts, Attend a minimum of 5 training session(s)
Sergeants - Staff Sergeants and Staff Sergeant Majors: Know Advance codes and callouts
Know The motto of the RCMP, Attend 10-15 Training Session(s), Shows leadership Qualities and can successfully lead a troop.
Staff Sergeant Majors - inspector: Show leadership qualities and can lead a successful Patrol and train People, Know the Advanced Codes and callouts. Must attend 15 - 20 Training Session(s)
Inspectors - Superintendent: Must attend 30 Training sessions and special Leadership Session(s)(SI is admin). Must know the motto of the RCMP, And how to teach effectively
