I've been on here for four years, and all throughout those four years, I'd mass report every exploiter, then write their names down to see how good the moderation system is, and check for up to two months to see if at least one of them has been banned, and they'd still be thriving. Not only that, but I always see people banned, even terminated, over forum posts, but then I see many things go unmoderated. For example, True Colors made a shirt, saying "TOTALLY [inappropriate word]" https:/ /www.roblox.com /catalog/ 4,480,226,365. I mean, is this really okay for children to see? And there are also "Cure Cancer" groups claiming to take the robux that you donate to it and turn it into real life money and donate it to Cancer Research, but really just running off with their robux. These are only a few of the many things going unmoderated. I've heard that a guy got terminated for accepting a trade from a hacker who took limiteds from an account, but it wasn't even that guy's fault, and he lost all of the money that he spent on your site, not knowing that he was a hacker. Wow. And please act on online daters. They're thriving, and are everywhere.
Another thing, the filter is messed up! It will censor the acronym for "Kate Is Selling Salt"(We actually use it for things other than online dating and insults), the phrase that replaces "explode me", the acronym for it is b.m.u, and many posts that have completely harmless words in them, and even censor ROBLOX links!
Add CAPTCHA every five comments and forum posts(trust me, entering a few letters every few posts isn't that bad, would you rather have bots spamming forums or just enter a few letters every few posts), or delete comments, because there are way too many spammers and scammers out there for either one of these to not happen. Accounts are getting stolen. Possible visitors(that read the comments before playing, again) are redirected to clickbaity, freemodeled games due to spammers. Not only that, but because of these people, the actual comments, are always outspammed by these people, meaning that the whole point of the comment section, to post suggestions and constructive criticism about the topic, is ruined by these botters that take accounts away, and the people that take possible visitors(that read the comments before playing, again) away!
Also, there are some rules that are weird, for example, the rule stating that you cannot talk about your moderation history is a bit shady. Say you get warned for spam, even though it was an actual sentence. You can't complain, and call them out for it unless you want a ban! This seems shady(again), and unreasonable. And I think it should be an official new rule that you can not advertise your game in comments. Though it doesn't seem like much of a problem, small developers may get these comments, and possible visitors get taken away from that game. Imagine owning a restaurant, and some guy comes in and yells "my restaurant's much better, come here, it has this!", taking business away. Well, of course, if that happened, it probably wouldn't work, but it does in ROBLOX.

sorry but moderators never read S&I and it would take at least 3 moderators to "support" a suggestion and pass it on to other developers for them to even consider adding a suggestion
also what inappropriate word are you talking about? saying "im gay" is fine on roblox

Maybe you could switch the CAP.T.CHA idea with moderators finding and adding s c a m sites to the list of off site links. This way people won't have to enter a few letters every post.

They'll just make more sites, and even if they add it, during the time they don't, kids get scammed. What's so bad about entering a few letters so people don't get scammed? Think about it. You'd rather risk money being stolen(they use money to get robux) than entering some letters, which takes no effort and saves people from money being taken. |
