Ranks and Positions:
Internship: Becoming an intern is the path way on becoming a staff member+. Your job is to help people around the home-store, help staff or anyone above with anything they may need. This position is an unpaid internship.
Models: You must show up to shows and ask a show host to promote you to model. You must participate, well behave. We want our models to have a fun safe environment. This is not a paid position, but a pathway on being a payed model.
Very Important People: They are icons, recognizable and respective members of the roblox community.
Important Contributors: People who have donated to DASH and supporting DASH.
Top Model: These models will model and star in our ads, logos, and wear our clothing collections in our big fashion shows.They reflect the best qualities of DASH and are role models to this group. to This is a paid position. They are chosen by 1. Winning shows 2. Being a role model 3. Having great taste in fashion 4. Having experience in other groups being a model. Every time a top model is used for our ads, logos or clothing collection they will get compensated.
Designer Staff: Only the most qualified and respective designers get chosen to best represent our group in their designs. This is a paid position, more details on how to apply to become a designer will be in the group description.
Staff: They are to help around the home-store, moderate the group wall, and help around in shows. This is a paid position. Staff will get compensated depending on how much work they do helping around in the shows and home=store. It will be up to the manager on how much they earn per month.
Security: Makes sure that trolls and other negative people do not disrupt or cause emotional distress to any of our customers. Reports anything with trolls and hackers to the manager and any situations among the members of DASH to human resources. This is a paid position depending on how much work you do.
Human Resources: They are they are the go to person if there are any problems among anybody.Have a problem with someone or something happened? Talk to them and they will sort it out, if it's serious they will talk to Board of Directors or I. This is a paid position on how well you moderate and control the situations.
Manager: Manages and moderates the group and game. Reports on how much an individual has worked and gives stats and data to Board of Directors. Paid position.
Show Hosts: Recruiting models, hosting shows, training models and pre-selecting future Top Models. Paid position for every show you do and how active it is.
Creative Officers: Moderates on what designers upload, makes sure it's appropriate and not copied. Looks through roblox to see if anyone has copied any of our clothing. Paid position.
Business Partners: They are people who put our stores,stands, group in their games or description. They are our are most respective allies.
Developers: They are our development team in which work on DASH. Paid position.
Face of DASH: Someone who represents the soul and best qualities of the group. Also in charge of our Top Models and is a Top Model as well. Paid position.
Board Of Directors: They work with the managers, human resources, creative officers, business partners, developers, and face of DASH to best make sure everything in the group is top notch. They handle every situation, every business deal when I can not. Paid position.
