I can't speak for AP Physics, but AP Chem was just so strangely hard. It was unlike any class I've ever taken: in Chem, you pretty much build off the other chapters, almost every chapter is connected and use the same concepts
at least in a class like Math or History, sometimes when you start a new chapter it'll all be completely new, if you struggled on the last test you basically have a fresh start. With chem, if you didn't understand a concept or fell behind, you were kind of dead in the water. In any other subject you would just have to study the chapters you've covered past the previous test, while in AP Chem you're kind of expected to remember everything and build off that previous knowledge |

i heard the test for physics is hard, but chem sounds worse from the ppl in that

Yeah I suffered through that. Hardest without a doubt is rotational energy. So good luck |
chemistry only gets hard if you neglect a concept and then your lack of understanding snowballs out of control |

That happened to me with acids, bases, and aqueous solutions @ nomer, I neglected to look at some of the key details of it, didn't bother memorizing solubility charts, strong/weak acid tables, etc. |

im scared im taking that as a junior O_O all AP O_O one of the officials in my school said AP Us history was the hardest class in the school though

APUSH's difficulty is overrated, easy 5
The only thing that might end up being hard about it is the workload, the textbook was over 1000 pages of reading for the entire year |
so far APUSH hasn't been difficult in terms of knowledge level required, it's just that the classes have a lot of work. i had american history to 1865 in 8th grade so that helps too (we're taking our test on period 3 next wednesday)

If I had to rank the AP courses I've taken by difficulty from easiest to hardest...(I've only taken a full year of APUSH and Chem)
None of them were really that hard/have been hard besides Chem
1. Computer Science
2. Statistics
3. Calculus BC
4. US History
5. Government
6. Chemistry |
APUSH is easy bc US History is easy |
oh, well then yeah I guess she was saying it because of the workload, all those chapter notes and stuff. im not in any AP courses yet I could have been in AP computer science they let in freshmen who have already taken geoemtry or are in a pre-AP geometry
AP US is easy as **** you don't even need to read the textbook lol the only workload is studying for an hour before the test
