considering both WIJ and RAT were at war
both groups pushed the boundaries of what technology war clans would have way back in that time
if WIJ releases a lite version of wACE most likely it'll beat RAT's current tech
because then WIJ and others can utilize wACE to most likely do amazing battlegrounds (if people still do so, i remember doing a battleground in the past)
