"douse your head in water to nullify the explosive potential" I've done that before and it hasn't really worked

Prefrontal lobotomies were pretty "RELIABLE" up until the 1950's. Nothing like a good ol' icepick and a hammer between your prefrontal cortex and the rest of your brain to fix all of your mental afflictions. In all seriousness, if you really believe that you need help, get help. People often say "OH, YOU DON'T NEED HELP, YOU'RE JUST OVERREACTING", but I firmly believe that you should still talk to somebody. If you can afford the psychiatric visit, do it. Even if it truly is nothing, you don't have to have mental disorders to have a therapist. I had one from the time I was three all the way up until recent years.

ehh Nevermind. Its not really that big of a problem, most of them are improvements and the others are just a bit annoying sometimes

"Its not really that big of a problem, most of them are improvements and the others are just a bit annoying sometimes" It doesn't have to be a big problem. Therapists aren't just there for BIG problems, and the media and society have done a very poor job at making that clear. You don't have to be loony and out of your mind to talk to a professional. Again, I talked to a therapist for a vast majority of my life, but I don't have any massive problems. That probably has at least a LITTLE bit to do with the fact that I had help for so long, but still.

I dont need any help

"I dont need any help" That's what I said in my earlier teen years. I probably didn't, but a lot of people who actually DO need help don't even know it. It's one of the largest dangers of any mental illnesses. Either they don't think they need help or they don't know how to ask for it.

All my mental "illnesses" are just improvements, I consider myself a superhuman with these. Except for the ocd thats not an improvement But, I did have a panic attack last month and a guy said to me that if I didnt get mentally healthier it would come more often and be worse, is that true?
