I haven't really thought about this but, it's pretty much like the rating system of a game. In order to comment on a game, you must have played the game within 30 minutes ago or if you currently are. This will help remove scamming because links are spammed onto games by bots. Builders club games of course will be rid of scams or well most of it. To be honest, I'm not really sure if this makes any sense, but I believe it'll help immensely. The comment cool down could be brought back as like 10-15 minutes I guess and it could be changed to fit in.
