Roblox not working on Windows 7. Works on Windows 10

Hi, my roblox game isn't working on windows 7 and i don't know why. So basically if i try to play a game roblox sits at a white screen then after a little says something like "Sorry, roblox has crashed." it plays perfectly fine on win 10. Please help. Thanks ~ Skilled

I think it may be a launching error, or a connectivity problem. Are you sure ROBLOX is up to date, and what browser are you using?
