I can't join games?

I can't join any game. And no, it's not my internet. Because the SITE loads fast, but whenever I join a game, it gets stuck on this gray loading screen, an sometimes shows an X, meaning close it down, and sometimes just freezes and crashes my PC. Somebody help.

Ok just for the safe way, copy your Roblox folder. Now, delete your roblox folder that is the old one. Finally, click the "Download now" button when you try to join a game. Then it will create a new Roblox folder and you will hopefully be able to play ROBLOX again :). If this doesnt work you can just paste back your roblox folder right where you found it. ROBLOX File Location: C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions Change "Name" with your username for your computer. This problem occured to me and I fixed it like this. Thanks, now this bug is fixed and games work perfectly.
