Die Hierarchie- The Hierarchy, the structure of the Death Korps of Krieg regiments. This is the layout of the command tree for a single regiment and eventually to the whole branch. Ranks: Trooper - Veteran Trooper: The backbone of any army. These are the common foot soldiers for any regiment. Watchmaster - Quartermaster: Highly experienced troops that upon request will assist the officer when needed. This is a perfect rank to show leadership. They are also tasked with choosing Grenadiers. They are also expected to lead squads on their own. **Grenadiers: Grenadier is not a rank but a seniority rank with their own custom uniform. Being chosen as a Grenadier is not a promotion but provides seniority over others within the same rank. After serving for some time as a Grenadier they will be promoted to Watchmaster. ONLY SENIOR AND VETERAN TROOPERS CAN BE CHOSEN AS A GRENADIER. IT IS NOT A MUST TO BE A GRENADIER IN ORDER TO BE PROMOTED TO WATCHMASTER. Lieutenant - Captain: Officers that are tasked with providing trainings and being field commanders. Commissars - Also known as handlers, commissars are non-Kriegs that have an officer rank within each regiment. Their duties are to keep morale high for the troops and provide tactical insight to the officers and commanders. kriegsmen cannot be in this rank and will usually skip it. Colonel - Regimental commanders that lead and manage each regiment with the help of their officers. Marshal - Head of the army that organizes and commands regiments and regimental commanders. Also advises the High Marshal. High Marshal - Supreme commander of the Death Korps. Command structure: In the command structure each trooper should know how to address a problem and deal with situations within the Korps. If a trooper needs assistance then they will go to the next highest ranking trooper. For example, a senior trooper will go to a veteran trooper for further instructions. The senior trooper will NOT go to an officer. If a higher ranker cannot assist the lower ranker then they will ask the next higher rank. If a veteran trooper cannot answer a question then they will take that question to the next higher rank, a watchmaster. They will not take it to an officer or above. If the next higher rank is not available then the solder will take it to the next available higher rank. If a senior trooper requires further instructions and a veteran trooper is unavailable then they will go to the next higher rank, a watchmaster. If the watchmaster, quartermaster, and lieutenant is unavailable then they will take it to the next highest ranker that is available, the captain. There should be no reason for a lower ranker to speak to an officer or even a commander unless the rankers in between the command structure is unavailable. Identification Number: Upon joining a Death Korps regiment each trooper will be assigned to a regiment and given a number that corresponds with their assigned regiment. Each trooper will be marked down with ##### ###### on a database. Don't forget your identification number. It is recommended that you write it down on a piece of paper when you are assigned #### #######
