To be granted the position of High Rank you must be proven worthy and capable of the position. This is done through multiple tests and interviews through the application period and after it has concluded. The application period will consist of you taking a application and getting selected to advance to the next step in the High Rank process. To begin the application and the beginning of your journey to high rank proceed below.

The most vital part of the application process. This is where I will decide if you can handle becoming High Rank and the only way you’ll get a interview and be tested. Since this is the case, answer every questions truthfully. There is no right or wrong answer, I don’t look for any type of answer in particular. I look for how you handle situations and how you will merge your ideas and style with TVI. Also how you view yourself and others. This application consists of 11 questions and one small essay. Question Two | Do you have access to skype? If so what is it?
Question Three | What are your most favorable qualities and skills? Why?
Question Four | What are your past experiences as High Rank?
Question Five | Your in a training and someone is exploiting what would you do?
Question Six | LordVarium is doing extraordinary at Classic Rektz, he doesn’t have a primary group and is looking for a good SF clan. How would you persuade him to join?
Question Seven | You’re co-hosting a training, LordVarium the primary host has to walk his dog. The training is a causal training but after you took over you can’t handle that anymore. What decision do you have to come to?
Question Eight | You’re a moderator in The Varium Insurgence Development, someone has been leaking and selling tech. It’s near impossible to pinpoint who it is and takes too much time and resources to do. What can you do to stop this?
Question Nine | TVIGroupHolder and LordVarium are having an small argument on the group wall. They just keep going at it and the conflict seems to be escalating . You’re not a HR but no HRs are online, what actions would you take to stop this situation from getting worse.
