Anyone under 25 is pretty much a 'kid'. Adults (such as my parents) will call college students kids, because they are.
You're 12, so that does make you a kid. Maybe not a child, but still a kid.
You should also stop throwing around insults. It's really immature, especially when you're calling a bunch of people who are obviously older than you kids. Sure, they still qualify as "kids" to adults, but a younger person doesn't refer to an older person as a kid. |
