I also had Rivers and Carr so I was banking that Ryan's production would decrease |
That was ridiculously dumb @jimbo
You know Gio shares carries with Hill and wouldn't produce that many points

I literally posted that trade here and 3/3 people said "that's a pretty decent trade"
hindsight is a real thing you know
btw all I was missing at the time was a TE |

"Most underrated athlete in the history of sports"
rivers?
sad to be sad |
The people on this forum are terrible at fantasy.
I would stick to listening to people who actually know what they are talking about like (Cheesey, Deadman(in moderation) or use NFL Genius |

Everyone already knows Rivers is underrated though.
Matt Ryan is NEVER in those discussions. |
maybe cause Matt Ryan is 1-4 in the playoffs and year after year never puts up "great" stats (aside from 2012 and maybe 2010)
meanwhile Rivers puts up consistently great numbers on a worse team and rarely ever gets mentioned in the top QBs in the league category |
Never doubt Massachusetts QB's in the NFL EVER |

"maybe cause Matt Ryan is 1-4 in the playoffs and year after year never puts up "great" stats (aside from 2012 and maybe 2010)"
2011: 4,177 yards 29 TD's 61.3%
2013: 4,515 yards 26 TD's 67.4%
2014: 4,694 yards 28 TD's 66.1%
2015: 4,591 yards 66.3%
you're right those are very crappy stats
never said they were "crappy" but you also forgot to include all the ints he has thrown
26 TDs and 17 ints is not good
28 TDs and 14 ints is not good
21 TDs and 16 ints is not good
and he does all of this with, in my opinion, the best receiver in football. meanwhile Rivers' best receivers have been the likes of Malcolm Floyd, Vincent Jackson, and injury prone Keenan Allen - also Gates but he's had recent injury problems and is like 50
meanwhile, for years, Ryan has had Roddy, Gonzalez, Turner, Jones, Douglas who was a solid slot receiver. all of this while Rivers' teams recently have been significantly worse yet he's putting up pretty much better stats
Ryan is not as underrated as Rivers, definitely not |
hey btdubs, if you want good RBs, go pick up Terrance West / Kenneth Dixon
Sidenote: Matt Ryan is not in the underrated question bc no one thinks he's underrated. Everyone knows he's a good QB, he just can't lead his team to the playoffs with success. |
he finished with 56 points on my bench (literally well over double luck's 24 points, which i was happy with at the time)
