":( was rooting for u to get into Upenn If you had the money you should have tried" their application fee was 80 dollars and i would've had to write another couple essays even if they accepted me i wouldn't have been able to go because it would've been like 60k a year with no merit scholarships because i am below average for ivy leagues

"what's your source, i always thought it was a top 10 and probably top 5 but not top 3" Who cares, aside from Berkeley and maybe UCLA, the rest of the order of "top public schools" is largely subjective

"I think you underestimate how difficult it is for in-state kids to get into UMD now adays" not to be an ### but this is a rhetoric that is just simply untrue and used by the alum who used to go there when it was a #### school and then they made it harder to get into for everybody. now their kids get #### grades and the parents think "WELL I GOT IN" so they expect their to get in because they're in state i'm about 200 points over the average college park SAT score, i'm not too worried about my chances and i don't really want to go to a school in the center of the country but i have some friends at ######## ##### and they have a good business school and might give me money so i thought why not

so far the applications I've completed but not sent transcripts to yet are Robert Morris University - Pittsburgh, PA Albright College - Reading, PA Chestnut Hill College - Philadelphia, PA and I still need to apply to Ithaca College - Ithaca, NY Penn State Altoona (after 2 years I'd transfer to main campus) - Altoona, PA Seton Hall - East Orange, NJ as you see I'm going nowhere good
