The first set of rules are the general rules. These apply to both customers and staff. The second set of rules are the staff rules. Below the rules is the list of consequences. Finally, the rank requirements and rules. If you are caught in violation of any of these rules, you will be punished appropriately.

G2. Follow all Roblox rules and Guidelines.
G3. Trolling is prohibited.
G4. The use of profanity and other inappropriate words is forbidden.

G6. Do not mass order.
G7. Dress appropriately at all times. You must always be wearing a shirt and pants.
G8. No promoting/recruiting for other groups.
G9. No racial, ethnic, religious, and/or political bashing.

S1. Follow all general rules and set the example. You are the staff, set the example.
S2. Be mature at all Cold Stone places. This is a professional work environment.
S3. Be responsible and acknowledge your mistakes.
S4. Dress appropriately at all times. Present yourself in a professional manner.
S5. Do not ask for promotions.
S6. Use Grammar at all times.
S7. Dedicate at least 10 hours a week to being at the café or another group function.

LR1. Respect high ranks and decisions made by them.

MR1. Follow all previous rules.
MR2. Host interviews/trainings at least once a week (this is a suggestion, not a rule).
MR3. Manage the LRs and help them improve.
MR4. Kick/Ban people who constantly break the rules.
MR5. Do not abuse shout (Do not constantly post messages).
MR6. Do not abuse admin. The only commands you need to use are teleport, refresh, respawn, kick, and ban. All others are considered admin abuse.
MR7. Do not free rank people or demote others for no reason.

HR1. Follow all previous rules.
HR2. Attend as many meetings as possible.

These are the consequences for breaking the rules. First are the punishments for general rule breaches and immediately following are the punishments for employee rules breaches.
General Rule Punishments:
1. First Warning
2. Second Warning
3. Third Warning
4. Kick from the server
5. Temporary ban from the server
6. Seven-day ban from the server
7. Thirty-day ban from the server
8. Permanent ban
Most of the time, only the first 5 punishments will be used. However, in the event that someone continues breaking the rules, a more severe punishment will be issued. Hacking/exploiting the server will result in immediate termination (if you are a staff member) and a permanent ban from all Cold Stone places.
Staff Rule Punishments:
1. First Warning
2. Second Warning
3. Third Warning
4. Demotion
5. Demotion
6. Suspension for one to three days
7. Suspension for seven days
8. Termination
Most of the time, only the first five punishments will be used. If a staff member continues violating the staff code of conduct, then he/she will be suspended for at least one day (maximum of three days). The next violation would result in an automatic seven-day suspension. If any further violations occur, then the employee will be terminated.
*Please do not hold every little offense against a person. If you are caught doing that, then you will be reprimanded.
*These punishments are to be issued based on recent offenses ONLY. The only exception to this is if a severe infraction occurred.
*Multiple steps may be skipped depending on the severity of the rule breach.

To get a promotion, you must earn a specific amount of training points. You earn points by passing various tests in training.
Scooper Trainee- Pass an interview
Junior Scooper- 20 points
Scooper- 45 points
Experienced Scooper- 75 points
Interviewer- 110 points
Supervisor- 150 points
Assistant Manager- 195 points
Manager- 250 points
*For Senior Management+, you must submit an application when a spot is available. Remember that rank skipping is not allowed. You will then be interviewed for the position.
There are also rank caps so certain ranks do not have excess members.
Senior Management- 15
Board of Executives- 10
Chief of Operations- 5
Chief Executive Officer- 5
Development Board- Unlimited
President- 5
Chairwoman- 5
Vice Chairman- 5
Ranking people that haven’t fulfilled the requirements will result in punishment. Breaking the rank cap rules will also result in punishment. Punishment could range from a warning to a demotion depending on the severity.
