it's called knowing how to win a playoff series.
Giants record in the playoffs since 2010 is 24-14. A .588 Winning percentage. Which has been similar to their regular season percentages.
This team has been backed on good pitching. Even when the rotation was in need of a rebuild, Bumgarner turned into the greatest World Series pitcher ever.
Of course there is some luck there. Brooks Conrad being especially bad at second base in 2010. A Scott Rolen error leading to the Reds blowing a 2-0 series lead at home. |
