Make monthly roblox card hats not tied to stores

Roblox should make the monthly roblox card incentive hats able to be chosen from a list once the card is added instead of tying them to certain stores. How many times have you seen a hat that would be great but is tied to a store not in your country?

I disagree, it's like getting to choose what item you want, not how Roblox works..
