Bad idea.... They would have to keep making more and more birthday hats diffrent each year 1st a party hat 2nd a cake 3rd _____ 4th ______ 5th ______ And it would keep going and going. Unless they gave us the same hat each year but that would be annoying to have 3 party hats.
