I did wrestling from a young age up until junior year You should probably bulk up a bit, you need to be going to every practice don't be that guy who skips them often Drink protein shakes afterwards and lift a lot as well Practice your technique and form on your own time

Been lifting and bulking up, and I've also been running a lot, doing about half marathon distance.
