I've always been an advocate of reducing toxicity within the clan world and tried to exemplify said values I hold both as an individual and HR in TRA. I can see where clans have improved in some places in recent times yet stagnated elsewhere. They always flip flop. That constant ebb and flow is just that, constant.
However that doesn't mean we shouldn't, as a community, put forth the effort to try this new attitude change. Each thing is rather positive and they'll only fail if we don't try them or go against them.
I like to think that TRA has done a somewhat decent job of providing some of the things listed in the OP and I think I'll push for TRA to exemplify these values as a whole as a clan AND community, regardless of who typed them and what history they might have. |

it's kinda sad that uaf has literally just gone to talking crap on the forms instead of actually trying to revive it
it's a disappointment to see a clan with such a legacy go down the drain |

while sentiments are certainly shareable, your methods of catalyzing growth sound more like a pep talk than tangible methods that could really instigate change
and have clans really improved activity since these "dark" times? <--- genuine question cuz ive been out of the loop for the past 2 years
regardless this thread presents an outlook largely underrepresented which is largely absent in clan policymaking which could really change things for the better and its something you should take to heart
and as a side note, in responding to other people's comments you should spend less time responding to and engaging in ad hominem and ignore it completely because youll never develop your thoughts other than what you have already written on the page |

Clan world isn't getting better.
There is no growth, lol.
If you haven't noticed;
-The amount of unique posters is lowering.
-Veteran clanners are leaving
-Creativity is coming to a stop
-Wars have not been FUN for years due to clans like A-SOV and the other 'top 10 clans' that need hundreds of rules before even going to war, and even when war starts all people do is argue over war terms.
-"Strive not just to win, but to have fun."

"veteran ######## are leaving" good lol, some don't contribute to anything here is an example of such, 90% of the ### vets, wanted to stick to the past and stuff there are certain clans that like to stick their origins for ### long and ultimately fail in due time Another point, specific ############## An example of this would be ## sure the bows were fun to use at one point and the base was ok, but no one wants to raid a base that you have to specialize a specific type of ######### now if ## would be a lot different today if they did something such ## a clas system for their bows, or have a system where you have to use your bow AND gun |
