If this bill passes: To present a bill to the rest of LVCC, a councilor must first make sure they have ayed or nayed all the bills that require voting. If a councilor has not, and uploads a bill, the bill they upload will be put on hold and all of the votes on that bill will be nullified. This does not mean that the bill will be nullified, but rather that all the votes on that bill will not count until there is confirmation that the councilor voted on all of the presented bills that required voting before the councilor presented his/her bill. This bill is to make sure that all councilors are contributing and making bills, along with voting on them. Bill made by Councilor HershB.

Nay not to be offensive but it sounds pretty bad reason to nullify votes just because a person 'accidently' forgot to vote on a bill or two

i like this, but i feel like nobody will obey it and we'll have to be fat and go checking on all the bills if a councilor isnt voting on bills then you expel them nay
