kept tripping on it when playing basketball this week
doing exercises to strengthen it but its still swole

I SWITCH TO GYM CLASS NEXT MONDAY
I CANT DRESS OUT
actually i probably can i just wont be on my ankle as hard
WE HAVE TO DO FITNESS TEST IN GYM
whats on the test u ask?
1mile run
as many pushups u can do (not timed, just until u give up)
as many situps in 1 min (not hard at all i can probably get about 50-60)
pullups (i never do pullups, never have so im probably gonna get about 5 or so)
I GOTTA RUN 1 MILE AND IM NOT IN SHAPE, just bc i didnt play football this year x_x
