For the mobile problem, simply render everything as normal instead of Bevels... They can modify that client separately |

Bevels weren't removed because of mobile, they were removed because they didn't perform nearly as well and they weren't good for more detailed models where bevels made it look weird and blocky. |

No, on any platform. They weren't targeting mobile with this update. In fact, the blog post specifically said they were targeting slow and/or outdated hardware. |

bevels will only show on high graphics levels and you can choose if a block is beveled or not

Bevels were removed because of mobile, dynamic lighting, and featherweight parts.
