For example, if you make a face as a decal, a moderator can approve and ROBLOX can put it up in the catalog. :) Ethlectric

Support but i think it should kinda be like a steam green light system so if loads of people like a really good one they like it (also the system would have to keep track of who likes certin things as there will always me trolls and bots) the system would only get it noticed more not actually release it but full support. ;D
