Aye

Nay.
Same reason as last time.
I encourage you may as well. |

I'll comment on this very briefly, because this is the second time some of us have allowed ourselves to be manipulated into believing silly things regarding the Attorney General.
Is it correct in saying the AG was offline for three days due to personal reasons? Yes, absolutely. You can only plan life to such an extent that you have everything organized. It's so unpredictable, it's impossible to ensure that nothing will hit you in the face at a moment's notice. To say this has never happened to you would be blatant lying on your behalf, so let's not assume you're all hermits and don't have as much of a life that you've never needed to place it in priority to a video game.
In addition, the thought that the Attorney General has *full* jurisdiction over the Department of Justice, including the Federal Courts is practically incorrect. While I don't understand the misconstrued view as to how some of us think this is the case, it most certainly isn't. Are there some problems with the Department of Justice? - Absolutely. Are we going to fix them by ousting the only individual within the DoJ that has acknowledged these problems and has been working to find legitimate solutions to them? - No, a reasonable person would think not.
You want to fix the Department of Justice? Tell the Plutocrats to start doing their job of impeaching the Federal Judges that need to be impeached due to inactivity, and to stop denying DoJ staffers who have been deemed by the AG as qualified.
I don't like partisan blaming whatsoever, and I rarely do it (refer to Sudden's frequent comment of "righteous Sword"), but the real killer of the Department of Justice are the Plutocrats.
Stop putting your ridiculous vendettas and child's play before the functionality of a system that you've so desperately tried to blame on a single person.
Do your jobs, and the issues within the DoJ would no longer be issues.
And to the Democrats that are voting Aye on this, I would've expected you to have seen through the wool being pulled over your eyes. This is silly.

Stop attempting to deny evidence.

Stop attempting to twist everything @cal. |

Nothing was twisted, you would know if you actually read the articles of impeachment and reviewed the pieces of evidence.

This is ridiculous.
1) Please note that his entire case against me is just chatlogs from July. This is October, not July. Also take note that in the previous thread, countless people are standing with me to call out this partisan, undemocratic impeachment.
2) How does being offline for 3 days constitute inactivity? I was sick and was too busy coughing out my lungs to get on Roblox.
3) This is Calvin's second attempt to impeach me for inactivity, so it has become abundantly clear that this is a personal vendetta against me.
Congressmen, Calvin Romero is turning you into his puppets, and you're believing the garbage he's spewing. I'm not inactive, and DOJ isn't "bad" as he claims. We're simply understaffed because the Senate is literally denying everyone in DOJ, and it's ridiculous.
Ask Calvin Romero for facts before he tries to impeach me, and don't you find it strange that he only introduced my impeachment to the HJC 3 hours ago and is already voting on it? He didn't even give me a chance for a hearing.
This is undemocratic and not at all how our country should work. Vote nay if you understand how justice works.
The Hon. Synapsic,
Attorney General of the United States |

You know I'm gonna vote and vote what I think is best for nUSA as of now, So I'm gonna be voting Nay, this is without influence or anything. I hope this is a wakeup call for Synapsic, as the DoJ should be running at peak performance as every department and agency should be. Synapsic, please do better the DoJ can be so much better than it is now, and fix the sub-agencies as they are in need of guidance as well.
My Vote is Nay.

Aye |
|
|
I urge my fellow representatives to not let their votes be swayed by Sudden or anyone else. IMPEACH THIS INACTIVE AG! |
|
|
By the way, the entire reason why I was gone for 3 days was because I had a sinus infection and bronchitis.
Even though I was sick and coughing up my lungs, I did still manage to get on Discord Mobile on Thursday, but I wasn't able to stay long since, as I previously mentioned, I was coughing my lungs out. |

>1st: Glad to know you aren't denying evidence like Jed is doing.
>2nd: Do you not know this impeachment has been talked about for a month now? We given Syn 2 weeks, then we presented the 1st impeachment which we failed on the road of 'give her another chance', this is her 3rd chance which she failed us and the American people.
next.
