- Customer
A regular client of the brand.

- Intern
A trainee that is working for free and is just getting a feel of the workplace environment by doing simple tasks that any higher rank may give.

- Sales Associate
Gives options to clients based on their tastes and answers to questions that the associate may have asked.

- Manager
Manages all the ranks below it and keeps any place in check making sure everything is running smoothly and in order.

- Designer
Designers contribute to some of the collections by submitting templates. Credit is given to designers in the description of the clothes after they have been approved by the founder of the brand.
Designers are either given specific items of clothing or names of brands to create clothing in those guidelines so the best can be chosen by the board and featured in a collection.

- Support
Member(s) who helps with the building and/or scripting of the group games.

- Brand Ambassador (Board Member)
This is perhaps the most exciting role of the group if done right.
Brand ambassadors are hired to represent the brand in a positive light by increasing awareness and sales. The ambassadors are handpicked by the founder of the group to go from place to place, game to game, and sell the brand to potential clients and find business opportunities.

- Chief Executive Officer (Board Member)
The CEO is the main point of communication between the board of directors and lower operations. Meaning that they will report all activities happening amongst the lower roles to higher ranking ones. They also participate in taking important decisions for the brand and propose ideas in the long and short term.
This is a key role to the brand because the CEO will help maintain a stable environment in the community because they will be the ones who make sure every voice is being heard and keep an eye on every single member below their rank to report all the activity to the board.

- Vice President (Board Member)
The vice president is the second in command of the brand. A trusted member that will be in charge when the president is not available.
