Hello fellow Commanders, Superintendents, Deputy Chief, and Assistant Chief. I am here today at this (MR) Commander training to become a well-respected, active, and mature (HR) Superintendent. I’ve been in the Docklands Police Department for 7 (seven) months and I achieved the rank (MR) Commander early May, this year. I have participated in many Divisions as a High Rank and Low Rank. Currently, I am a Senior Admiral (SA) In the Marine Division. I have displayed my leadership skills not just in Divisions, but also in other Departments such as DHLS and DDOT. I believe that as a (HR) Superintendent in this Police Department, I can host trainings around 3 times per week, and attend all possible trainings to participate. My last (MR) Commander training that I attended, I was almost given the chance to be a (HR) Superintendent, but I came 2nd and only 1 was chosen. I believe that I should be chosen by skill, not by favoritism. I hope as a (HR) Superintendent that I can help DPD become better in many ways. I hope that you enjoyed my speech on why I should be a (HR) Superintendent in this Police Department. Thank you AntonDrexlar for hosting this (MR) Commander Training and for giving me the chance to become a fellow High Rank.
